In 2024 I started producing and packaging my own Maple Walnuts for retail sales in and around the Mad River Valley. They are made in small batches and hand packed with Vermont Maple Syrup. Perfect for cheese boards, salad toppings or a delicious snack, you can find them at food retailers listed below with more to come soon. I also sell them at the Waitsfield Farmers Market on Saturday's when I'm there.
