Andy planned and prepared the rehearsal dinner for our wedding. He wrote us a great menu that was a combination of our requests and his recommendations. Andy took our ideas and combined them with his obvious years of experience.

He provided the nuances we never would have thought of that brought the entire dinner and dessert together. Andy then worked with our venue to handle the details of preparation and made the meal an easy worry-free experience for us. His execution was first rate, the meal was excellent, exactly what we had hoped for.

Andy made our wedding unforgettable with the food he provided, our friends and family still bring it up. We went with an Asian BBQ theme for our wedding reception.
